Leadership

“I love the opportunity we have each day to make an immediate and positive direct impact on those we serve, providing the best quality of life and care.”
Jonathan McGuire
LNHA
Facility Administrator
An accomplished leader, Jonathan has dedicated his healthcare career to the post-acute care and skilled nursing facility industry for over thirty years. Serving in his current role for 21 of those years, he cherishes being a part of his hometown community, while serving its most vulnerable citizens. His demonstrated leadership starts with taking care of those that take care of the residents, resulting in most other things falling into place. With the support of his team, he puts residents at the center of decision making to ensure they are treated with kindness, care, dignity, and respect and that all stakeholders feel valued and know their voice and feedback are important.

“I think the most important quality—there’s no success without it—is truly loving what you do.”
